- Typically, refinance loans are closed in your home, but we are flexible regarding the closing location. We have closed loans at military bases, hotels, truck stops, and even at a US embassy overseas. We work hard to accommodate your specific situation. Appointments are available anytime during the week, including early morning and evening.
Meridian Bank offers a fully online mortgage application allowing you to apply for a loan, view your loan status, and securely upload and eSign documents making it faster and easier to complete your loan from your computer or mobile device.
In your loan closing documents, you will receive a temporary payment coupon that will instruct you on where to send your mortgage payment. Once 30–60 days have passed, you should receive an official welcome letter that will tell you how to set up recurring payments.
